Justin Tegerstrand, CPO

Justin Tegerstrand is an ABC-certified professional in orthotics and prosthetics who was born in Southern California. His early memories are filled with camping adventures at Whiskeytown and joyful moments spent playing in the lakes and streams of the North Valley.

Justin knew that he loved the field of O&P very early as he was raised in the fabrication lab assisting his father after school, weekends, and summers. Justin knew that he had a calling for helping people and a joy for fabrication, and loves being able to combine the two for his career.

Justin graduated from Enterprise High School and subsequently enrolled at Shasta College to further his education. Following his time at Shasta College, he transferred to California State Dominguez Hills, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics.  He completed a two year internship program then successfully passed the boards to become an ABC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist. During that time he  gained invaluable experience working closely with patients, understanding their unique needs and developing personalized solutions to enhance their quality of life.

Today, Justin Tegerstrand practices in various offices, including Redding, Chico, and Mt. Shasta. He approaches each patient with care, actively listening to their concerns, and working collaboratively to design orthotic and prosthetic devices that best suit their individual needs.

Justin Tegerstrand continues to embody the values of compassion, skill, and dedication, making a positive impact on the lives of those he serves.

Deanna Hansen, CO

Deanna Hanse, CO

Deanna’s pediatric specialty education began at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Southern California where she provided orthotic management at clinics for spinal cord injury, spina bifida, cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy as a young clinician. Her initial exposure to hundreds of patients in a clinical setting provided a solid knowledge base.

Deanna's continued passion for her clients led to furthering her pediatric education. She has used this knowledge and passion to help thousands of pediatric clients.

In 1992, Deanna moved to Northern California and began working at Tegerstrand O&P. She attends CCS clinics and provides for disabled children in multiple counties including Shasta, Siskiyou, Lassen, Glenn, Tehema and Butte.

Deanna has attended numerous pediatric pathomechanics courses covering a variety of conservative treatment modalities. She has been educated in Idiopathic and Neuropathic Scoliosis, Reciprocating Gait Orthoses, Stance Control Orthotics, Walk Aid, and Bioflex Neuroprosthetics. Deanna is also certified to provide cranial remolding helmets.

Deanna’s work with a variety of physician and therapist philosophies has resulted in a rich environment which provides better, more functional orthotics for the pediatric population.

Deanna's hands-on involvement with every step of the fabrication, from conception to delivery, is unparalleled by today's standards. This attention to detail and craftsmanship enhances the outcomes for this special pediatric population.
