Justin Tegerstrand, CPO
Justin Tegerstrand is an ABC-certified professional in orthotics and prosthetics who was born in Southern California. His early memories are filled with camping adventures at Whiskeytown and joyful moments spent playing in the lakes and streams of the North Valley.
Justin knew that he loved the field of O&P very early as he was raised in the fabrication lab assisting his father after school, weekends, and summers. Justin knew that he had a calling for helping people and a joy for fabrication, and loves being able to combine the two for his career.
Justin graduated from Enterprise High School and subsequently enrolled at Shasta College to further his education. Following his time at Shasta College, he transferred to California State Dominguez Hills, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics. He completed a two year internship program then successfully passed the boards to become an ABC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist. During that time he gained invaluable experience working closely with patients, understanding their unique needs and developing personalized solutions to enhance their quality of life.
Today, Justin Tegerstrand practices in various offices, including Redding, Chico, and Mt. Shasta. He approaches each patient with care, actively listening to their concerns, and working collaboratively to design orthotic and prosthetic devices that best suit their individual needs.
Justin Tegerstrand continues to embody the values of compassion, skill, and dedication, making a positive impact on the lives of those he serves.
Deanna Hansen, CO
Deanna’s pediatric specialty education began at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Southern California where she provided orthotic management at clinics for spinal cord injury, spina bifida, cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy as a young clinician. Her initial exposure to hundreds of patients in a clinical setting provided a solid knowledge base.
Daniel Brown CPed, CFo
Dan began working at Tegerstrand Orthotics & Prosthetics over twelve years ago. He began as a technician before becoming an ABC certified pedorthics & certified orthotic fitter. Dan’s objective is creating devices that are as functional, user friendly, and visually appealing as possible for his patients.
Working in this field gives Dan personal satisfaction. It allows him the ability to see how the lives of his patients are improved in regard to their mobility and comfort after receiving their orthotic device. He is constantly trying to improve his craft while providing the best possible outcomes for his patient’s individual and unique needs.
Dan is a Redding native and an avid outdoorsman. He takes advantage of the scenic portions of Redding and the surrounding areas at every opportunity. During his free time, he enjoys working on his classic cars and spending time with his extended family, wife, and two sons.
